Our new range: "Les Grandes Origines", in collaboration with the chefs Régis and Jacques Marcon

Maison Borde is pleased to present its new range "Les Grandes Origines" developed in collaboration with Régis and Jacques Marcon of Maisons Marcon, in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid.

Maison Borde, expert in wild mushrooms since 1920, has selected with the Marcon chefs, varieties of mushrooms sourced from the finest regions. With three Michelin stars, the Marcon houses are known throughout the world for their inventive cuisine based on mushrooms.

"Les Grandes Origines" is a range made up of a dozen varieties of dried mushrooms of exceptional quality, from the best French and world regions: Caesar's mushrooms from the Rhodope Mountains, Tube Chanterelles from France, Morels from Macedonia, Porcini from Romania, etc.
