    Hi,
    How long will these mushrooms last after I follow the prep instructions on the container?
    How should I store them if I don't want to cook with them immediately?

    Our dried mushrooms have a shelf life of 3 years.
    Our canned mushrooms have a shelf life of 4 years.
    Our frozen mushrooms have a shelf life of 24 months (after opening).
    Our freeze-dried mushrooms have a shelf life of 3 years.
    Once the mushrooms have been prepared, you can eat them for a few more days (around 2-3 days maximum).
