Ingredients (6 servings)
- 12 lamb chops
- 25 g Borde dried morels
- 2 eggs
- 20 g parmesan cheese powder
- 30 g breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley
Preparation
- Dry your lamb chops in a paper towel to make them easier to bread. Blend the morels.
- Put them in a soup plate with the parmesan, breadcrumbs and garlic. Mix together. In another soup plate, beat the eggs.
- Dip a lamb chop in the beaten egg (both sides), drain it a little and place it in the dried morel mixture. Turn it over and do the same on the other side.
- Repeat for all the lamb chops.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the breaded chops for a few minutes on each side over medium heat.
- Sprinkle with salt and flat leaf parsley.
