Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 apples
  • 1 jar of Borde porcini mushrooms in vinegar
  • Salad and lamb's lettuce
  • 1 can of cooked chestnuts
  • 20 g of butter
  • Vinaigrette

Preparation

  1. Peel the apples and cut them into thin wedges.
  2. Brown the apples and chestnuts separately in butter. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, prepare a vinaigrette, add the salads and mix.
  4. Drain and add the porcini pickles, as well as the apples and hot chestnuts.
