Ingredients (1-2 servings)

  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or not)
  • 2 tablespoons Borde mushroom duxelle
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 slice ham
  • Basil leaves
  • Oregano
  • 15 cl liquid cream
  • 50 g grated Gruyère cheese

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, brown the chopped shallot with a little oil. Pour in the duxelle and the cream. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  3. Roll out your pizza dough into a round shape. Place the dough on a a sheet of baking paper and put it on a baking tray.
  4. Spread your preparation of duxelle and cream on the dough. Add the oregano, the pieces of ham and the grated Gruyère cheese.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes at 200°C.
  6. Remove your pizza from the oven and place the basil leaves on top and enjoy.
  7. Tip: you can vary the topping of your pizza by adding bacon, different cheeses, vegetables, etc.
