Ingredients (1-2 servings)
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or not)
- 2 tablespoons Borde mushroom duxelle
- 1 shallot
- 1 slice ham
- Basil leaves
- Oregano
- 15 cl liquid cream
- 50 g grated Gruyère cheese
Preparation
- In a saucepan, brown the chopped shallot with a little oil. Pour in the duxelle and the cream. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a round shape. Place the dough on a a sheet of baking paper and put it on a baking tray.
- Spread your preparation of duxelle and cream on the dough. Add the oregano, the pieces of ham and the grated Gruyère cheese.
- Bake for 5 minutes at 200°C.
- Remove your pizza from the oven and place the basil leaves on top and enjoy.
- Tip: you can vary the topping of your pizza by adding bacon, different cheeses, vegetables, etc.
