The chanterelle is a mushroom commonly found in our forests from June to autumn. Renowned worldwide for its exceptional gastronomic and nutritional qualities, this mushroom develops a delicate dried apricot aroma. It is perfect for accompanying white meats (such as veal roasts), in terrines or for creating sauces.

Instructions for use:
Soak the dried mushrooms in a bowl of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and then plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to cook, but must be cooked through before eating.
