Experts in wild mushrooms since 1920, Maison Borde opened its first mushroom shop in Saugues in 2020. Born from the imagination of its director, Alain Borde, this shop, which strives to be gourmet above all, is a veritable showcase of the company's know-how.

The mushroom in all its forms

More than a hundred different types of mushroom are offered to customers. Plenty to excite the taste buds of mushroom lovers in search of exceptional products! Dried, preserved, freeze-dried mushrooms or specific preparations (mushroom pickles, mushrooms in vinegar, mushroom crisps and more): you’ll find a large choice of mushroom varieties, enough to satisfy all tastes.

Located in the centre of the village of Saugues, in the former "Chez Lili" establishment, you will be welcomed in a shop that skilfully combines both old and the new to create a real delicatessen.

To earn the title of delicatessen, we also offer a wide range of regional products which we have selected for their originality and, of course, their taste. Jams, herbal teas, craft beers, honeys, liqueurs, biscuits, lentils, fruit juices, risottos and much more. We also offer a range of mixed sportswear (caps, down jackets, t-shirts, windbreakers, etc.) embroidered with "Sauvage par Nature" (French for "Wild by Nature"), the slogan of the Maison Borde.

Located on Way of St James, our shop is sure to enchant pilgrims or tourists passing through the Haut-Gévaudan with a selection of practical products and souvenirs such as keyrings, tote-bags, postcards, engraved knives, mugs and much more. A true delicatessen offering a top-quality range of regional products.
