White mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), Porcini* (Boletus edulis), Chanterelles* (Cantharellus tubaeformis), Fairy ring mushrooms* (Marasmius oreades). * This mixture contains at least 50% wild mushrooms.

Instructions for use:
Soak the dried mushrooms in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain and then plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to your chosen recipe.
