Cautions for use:
This coulis is a real concentrate of mushrooms, to be lengthened when preparing your dishes according to your tastes or the strength you wish to give your recipes (5% to 12% coulis). Use it in savoury recipes: risottos, marinades, sauces, vegetable fricassees, soups, béchamel sauces, stuffings, pastas, purées, veloutés and whipped cream. Also ideal in sweet recipes: tuiles, whipped cream, macaroons.
