The fairy ring mushroom grows in groups, often in circles in natural fairy ring. It appears mainly in spring and autumn. Our Roi des Montagnes dried fairy ring mushrooms are highly prized for their almond flavour. Ideal as an accompaniment to white meats, to incorporate into tomato sauces, sauce dishes (blanquettes de veau) or even veloutés.

Instructions for use:
Soak the dried mushrooms in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them, then plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to your chosen recipe.
