The fairy ring mushroom grows in groups, often in circles in natural meadows. It appears mainly in spring and autumn. Our Roi des Montagnes dried fairy ring mushrooms are much appreciated for their almond flavour. Ideal to accompany white meats, to incorporate into tomato sauces, dishes in sauce (blanquettes of veal) or even veloutés.

Instructions for use:
Soak the dried mushrooms in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and then plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to your chosen recipe.
