Fairy ring mushroom grows in groups, often in circles in natural meadows. It appears mainly in spring and autumn and is much appreciated for its almond fragrance. Ideal as an accompaniment to white meats, to incorporate into tomato sauces, fish sauces, sauce dishes (blanquettes de veau) or even veloutés.

Instructions for use:
Soak the dried mushrooms in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and then plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to your chosen recipe.
