Harvested in autumn, the porcini is considered the king of woodland mushrooms. It grows in deciduous and coniferous forests. Our dried porcini from France will add the perfect flavour to your dishes in sauce, a perfect accompaniment to meat, poultry or game, or more simply to your potato gratins, omelettes or quiches.

Instructions for use:
Soak the dried mushrooms in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain them and plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to be cooked according to your chosen recipe.
