A selection of medium-sized morels (3 to 5 cm). We have removed the most fibrous and least aromatic part of the morel to keep only the head, which brings out the full flavour. This is a noble mushroom that will go very well with spring vegetables such as asparagus or peas, white meats or cream-based sauces.

Dried morels (Morchella esculenta).

Energy: 1210 kJ - 289 kcal / Fat: 4.1 g of which saturated fatty acids: 0.5 g / Carbohydrates: 20 g of which sugars: 2.6 g / Protein: 31 g / Salt: 0.08 g.
Instructions for use:
Soak the dried mushrooms in a container of warm water for at least 15 minutes. Drain and then plunge them into boiling water for 1 minute. Your mushrooms are now ready to cook, they must be cooked through before consumption.
