Ingredients:
Chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius), Porcini (Boletus edulis), Fairy ring mushrooms (Marasmius oreades), Black Trumpets (Craterellus cornucopioides), water, salt, acidifier: citric acid.

Instructions for use:
Rinse and drain the mushrooms. Fry them in a pan with a little fat until the juice has reduced by half. Add them to your dishes. Once opened, store in the fridge and use as soon as possible.
