Ingredients:
Slippery jack (Suillus luteus/ganulatus), Chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius), Stropharia mushrooms (Stropharia rugosonnulata), Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), Cloud ear (Auricularia polytricha), prepared by the salt-curing process, water, salt, acidifier: citric acid. This mix contains at least 50% wild mushrooms (uncultivated).

Instructions for use:
Rinse and drain the mushrooms. Fry them in a pan with a little fat until the juice has reduced by half. Add them to your dishes.
