Instructions for use:
Rehydrate the freeze-dried forest mix in 250 ml of warm water for 20 seconds. Drain and fry in a hot pan with a little fat. They can be incorporated, without rehydration, into a sauce or any moist preparation. Ideal for making a sauce, risotto, topping a pizza or bruschetta. Add to vegetables, soups, purées or pasta dishes.
