Risotto with French chanterelles made with carnaroli rice. Ready in just 20 minutes. Ideal as a side dish for white meats or white fish, or served with vegetables such as courgettes, asparagus... No added salt, no preservatives, no artificial flavours, vegan.
Ingredients:
Carnaroli rice 94.6%, dried French chanterelles (Cantharellus Cibarius) 3%, onions, leeks, parsley. May contain traces of tree nuts, gluten, celery, and sulphites.

Usage instructions:
Heat 4 to 5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan or sauté pan, then pour in the contents of the sachet. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Gradually add 1 litre of hot stock (or water) and simmer, stirring occasionally until the liquid is fully absorbed (Al Dente: 18 minutes / Creamy: 22 minutes). Season with salt to taste. Add a knob of butter or a spoonful of cream and a little grated parmesan. Serve immediately! Tip: For even more flavour, before adding your stock/water, moisten the rice with a glass of white wine and stir for one minute.
