- 2 apples
- 1 jar of Borde porcini mushrooms in vinegar
- Salad and lamb's lettuce
- 1 can of cooked chestnuts
- 20 g of butter
- Vinaigrette
Preparation
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin wedges.
- Brown the apples and chestnuts separately in butter. Set aside.
- In a bowl, prepare a vinaigrette, add the salads and mix.
- Drain and add the porcini pickles, as well as the apples and hot chestnuts.
