Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 g of fresh green pepper
- 20 g of Borde forest coulis
- 300 g of sirloin steak (2 pieces of 150 g)
- 50 g of meat juice
- 100 g of single liquid cream
- Parsley
- Salt/pepper
Preparation
- Peel and finely chop the garlic clove. Sweat the garlic and crushed green pepper with the butter.
- Add the meat juice and the forest coulis to the preparation.
- Reduce a bit and add the single cream then keep cooking. Salt and pepper.
- Fry the sirloin steacks.
- Serve them on a plate and add the sauce on top.
