Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 10 eggs
  • 30 g Borde dried fairy ring mushrooms
  • 25 g butter
  • Chives
  • Salt/pepper

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the chives.
  2. Rehydrate the dried fairy ring mushrooms according to package instructions. Drain them.
  3. Crack eggs into a hollow container and beat lightly with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and chives.
  4. Sauté the fairy ring mushrooms in a frying pan with the butter.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the mushrooms. Mix well and let cook for a few minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
  6. Fold the omelette in half to finish cooking or turn it over if you want to cook it on both sides.
  7. Serve on a plate and add chives on top.
  8. Tip: you can add grated cheese to the beaten eggs before cooking for an even more indulgent dish. Serve the omelette warm with a green salad.
