Borde has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to professional equality by obtaining a score of 86/100 in the Professional Equality Index for the year 2025. This remarkable result, for a company with 80 employees, highlights the effectiveness of the measures put in place to ensure fair pay and equal opportunities for women and men within the company.
The Professional Equality Index is a government tool designed to measure the progress made by companies in terms of equal pay and equal opportunities. It is based on a number of specific indicators, including :
