1920 : Company is founded by Alexandre Borde to trade butter

1923 : Creation of the dried mushroom branch

1928 : Manufacture of first wild mushroom preserves.

1963 : Gérard BORDE takes over the company and adapts this small business and puts it on an international scale

1973 : Passage to the statute of Limited company and construction of powerful workshops.

1990 : Arrival of Alain BORDE in the company, currently purchasing and sales manager.

1992 : Purchase of CONSERVERIES DU VELAY, the principal competitor of BORDE, and integration of its “red fruits” branch.

1993 : Arrival of Michel BORDE at the company, currently administrative and financial director.

1993 : Creation of a sales force dedicated to the marketing products in the USA: Independent French Manufacturers

1994 : HACCP implementation marking the beginning of a total quality approach.

1996 : Construction of a new modern unit of transformation and conditioning wild mushrooms in Saugues.

2003 : BRC Certification. 2006: IFS Certification.

2008 : Construction of a new conditioning workshop and storage for the frozen produce.
